The challenge

At a travel agency, a DMC or a tour operator, building a tailor-made tour still means word documents, spreadsheets and dozens of emails. Every proposal is rebuilt by hand, the client gets an unpolished PDF and, once the booking is confirmed, hotels, transport, guides and payments are tracked in separate files.

Abrid was created to change that, with a simple promise: "Travel Made Easy." It organises the work around three verbs: create, share and manage.

The partnership

Criatima works in partnership with Abrid. We offer the platform on subscription to the agencies and operators we work with, and we support the roll-out: account setup, importing the agency's content into its library, visual customisation of the trip pages and team training. As a digital agency, we also connect the platform to the rest of the client's online presence: website, identity and campaigns.

The route drawn on an interactive map, with the starting point, the stops and the overnight locations.

Over 10,000 places to stay in Morocco, 200 restaurants, 100 activities and 3,000 photos, plus the agency's own library.
Itinerary Sharer
The tour turned into a responsive web page in the agency's branding, or a print-ready PDF, sent by link or by email.
Proposal tracking
The agent sees whether and when the traveller opened the proposal, so they can follow up at the right moment.

Once confirmed, accommodation, transport, guides, activities and payments in one dashboard, each with its own status.
