Interfaces thatdon’t need a manual.
We design website and app interfaces that people understand straight away: simple, accessible and tested with real users. UX/UI design in service of concrete goals, such as more bookings, more purchases or fewer support requests.
UX (user experience) is how someone moves through your website or app to get what they want. UI (user interface) is what they see and touch along the way. Good UX/UI work reduces the number of steps, removes doubt and makes the main actions obvious. The result is measured in conversion rates, not opinions.

The problem
If users hesitate, you lose them.
- 01Visitors can’t find what they’re looking for and leave within seconds.
- 02Long forms put off people who wanted to book or buy.
- 03On mobile, small buttons and unreadable text make everything harder.
- 04Design decisions are based on personal taste, not evidence.
Design for the people who use it.
Understand before designing
Interviews, usage data and task analysis show where the blockers are.
Tested prototypes
We test screens with real users before building them, while changes are still cheap.

When it makes sense
- You’re about to build a website or app and want to get the structure right before investing in development.
- Your site gets visits but few enquiries, or your store has lots of abandoned carts.
- Your team or customers complain about an internal tool that’s hard to use.
- You need to meet digital accessibility requirements.
How we work
We start by understanding who uses the product and why, using analytics data, interviews and observation. We organise the content into a clear information architecture and sketch the main flows as wireframes. Then we build a clickable prototype and test it with people from your audience. Only when testing confirms the path works do we design the final interface, aligned with your visual identity.
Accessibility included
We design to the WCAG 2.2 guidelines: sufficient contrast, appropriately sized touch targets, visible focus, keyboard navigation and alternative text. Accessibility isn’t an extra; it’s a condition for all your customers to be able to use what we build, and it also helps search engine performance.
From design to code
Because the same team designs and develops, what you approve in the prototype is what reaches the screen. We deliver a reusable component system that speeds up website design or the development of web and mobile apps. We work from Fátima with businesses in Ourém, Leiria and across Portugal.
