Apps thatsave hours.
We develop custom web and mobile applications: booking systems, customer portals, internal platforms and tools that automate repetitive work. For companies whose growth is held back by manual processes.
Many companies come to us with the same symptom: the business has grown, but the way of working still relies on spreadsheets, emails and phone calls. A well-designed app brings that information together in one place, reduces errors and frees your team for what matters.

The problem
Spreadsheets don’t scale.
- 01Bookings arrive by phone, email and messages, and someone has to pull them together by hand.
- 02Customers ask for the same information over and over because they have nowhere to look it up.
- 03Generic tools force your team to adapt to the software, rather than the other way round.
- 04Data is scattered and nobody trusts the numbers.
Software built around your process.

Web, mobile or both
Not every idea needs an app in the Apple and Google stores. Often, a well-built web app works on any phone, requires no installation and costs less to maintain. When a native app makes sense, for example for notifications, offline use or camera access, we tell you why. The decision is made during the diagnosis phase, based on real use and budget.
How we reduce risk
We start with a clickable prototype you can test with your team and customers before a single line of code is written. Next, we develop a first version with the essential features and launch it early. Each new feature is decided based on what users actually do, not on assumptions. Interface design follows our UX/UI design work.
Timeline and ongoing support
An app usually takes 10 to 20 weeks, depending on the number of features and integrations. We work with companies in Fátima, Ourém, Leiria and across Portugal, in person or remotely. After launch, the maintenance and hosting plan covers updates, security and monitoring.

Frequently asked questions
Can’t find yours? Ask us directly.
Do I need a native app or a web app?
It depends on how it will be used. A web app works on any phone without installation and costs less to maintain. A native app makes sense when you need notifications, offline use or camera access. We decide with you during the discovery phase.
